Recently, the Provincial Innovation Deepening Conference announced the list of 2022 Science and Technology Awards, and the project of "Key Technology and Application of Super Austenitic Stainless Steel under Harsh Working Conditions" nominated by Zhejiang Yongshang Special Materials Co., Ltd. in our county won the third prize of the Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award.
Zhejiang Science and Technology Award is the highest level of science and technology in the province, aiming to reward units and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the promotion and application of scientific and technological innovation and achievements in our province, encourage independent innovation, promote scientific and technological progress, and accelerate the construction of a strong province with innovation.
Zhejiang Yongshang Special Materials Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of stainless steel, super duplex steel, high-temperature corrosion-resistant nickel-based alloys, low-temperature alloys, titanium and titanium alloy steel pipes and pipe fittings. The company has successively won the government quality award, high-tech enterprise, provincial enterprise technology center, provincial enterprise research institute and other honors. In 2022, the company obtained 3 invention patents, 33 utility model patents and 3 software copyrights, and participated in the formulation and revision of more than 10 standards.
The results of the project meet the complex alternating requirements of steel under harsh working conditions, solve the problem in the field of "high-strength, strong corrosion-resistant and anti-hydrogen embrittlement stainless steel" in China, and reach the international advanced level as a whole, and have gradually replaced imports. This achievement has been widely used in various harsh working conditions, and has played a key role in ensuring the long-term safe operation of national heavy and extra-large engineering equipment. In the past three years, this achievement has generated direct economic benefits of 4.365 billion yuan and indirect economic benefits of 2.799 billion yuan.
In recent years, our county has focused on the development of two major industrial clusters of metal products, equipment manufacturing and new materials, gathered various innovative elements, and solidly promoted the work of supplementing and strengthening the industrial chain with scientific and technological empowerment. Through the joint establishment of the metal products industry achievement transformation accelerator with Zhejiang University, we will strengthen the key technology research of enterprises and the transformation of scientific research achievements in universities. Up to now, a total of 53 enterprise needs have been collected, of which 8 have been successfully matched, and technical research has been carried out through county-school cooperation.
In the next step, our county will continue to be guided by scientific and technological innovation, continuously improve the "four lists" of enterprise technology needs, matching scientific and technological achievements, transformation of scientific and technological achievements and talent introduction, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements into real productivity, and promote the high-quality development of the county economy.
