According to its own production characteristics, the company determines that the company's main environmental remediation objects are to standardize the control and treatment of the company's existing pollution sources, mainly including waste gas, waste water, solid waste and noise, the details are as follows:

1. Air pollutants

The exhaust gas generated by the enterprise is mainly acid mist exhaust gas, storage tank breathing exhaust gas, metal dust, cold-rolled oil mist, gas exhaust gas, welding fume and canteen fume. According to the environmental test report, the concentrations of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides at the outlet of the exhaust gas of the annealing furnace of the enterprise, as well as the concentrations of nitrogen oxides and fluoride at the outlet of the acid mist tower treatment facility, meet the corresponding standard limits in the "Emission Standard for Air Pollutants in the Steel Rolling Industry" (GB 28665-2012).

2. Water pollutants

The domestic sewage generated by the enterprise is pretreated by the septic tank in the plant area and then managed; The production wastewater generated by the enterprise includes circulating cooling water, waste gas treatment water and pickling wastewater. The circulating cooling water of the enterprise is recycled, not discharged, and replenished regularly; The waste gas treatment water is recycled and discharged to the sewage treatment station on a regular basis; The pickling wastewater is collected and discharged to the sewage treatment station, and then reused in the pickling process and cooling process after the sewage treatment station reaches the standard. According to the inspection report, the pH, suspended solids, chemical oxygen demand, petroleum and fluoride concentrations at the outlet of the enterprise's treatment facilities meet the requirements of the three-level standard limit in Table 4 in the Comprehensive Sewage Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996); The concentrations of total nickel, total chromium and hexavalent chromium meet the requirements of Table 2 emission limits in the "Emission Standards for Electroplating Pollutants" (GB21900-2008); Ammonia nitrogen meets the requirements of relevant standards.

3. Solid waste

The main solid wastes generated in the production process of the enterprise are metal scraps, residual ash, dust, oxide scale, waste pickling sludge, acid residue, sewage station sludge, waste oil, waste oil barrels and domestic garbage. Among them, metal scraps, residual ash, dust, and oxide scale are collected and sold for comprehensive utilization, and domestic garbage is regularly cleared and transported by sanitation workers. Hazardous waste includes pickling sludge and acid residue, sewage station sludge, waste oil and waste oil drums. The pickling sludge and acid residue of the enterprise are entrusted to Zhejiang Huanyi Resource Utilization Co., Ltd. for treatment, the sludge of the sewage station is entrusted to Yongjia County Fangsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for treatment, and the waste mineral oil and waste oil barrel are entrusted to Zhejiang Luchen Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for treatment.

4. Noise

The noise of enterprises mainly comes from the noise generated during the operation of production equipment such as cutting machines, polishing machines, cold drawing machines, cold rolling mills, and straightening machines. According to the inspection and testing report, the noise value at the plant boundary meets the requirements of the Class 2 standard limit value of the sound environment outside the plant boundary in the "Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises" (GB12348-2008).

5. Greenhouse gas emissions

According to the greenhouse gas emission verification report, the company's carbon dioxide emissions in 2022 will be 7,667.12 tons. A third-party verification statement on greenhouse gas emissions has been obtained.
